Pivot Power from quirly, designed by Jake Zien.

Wonderful design, this is what I needed. I am now using two power strip for my computer, just because I can’t put two plug next to each other, you know, computer’s plug is always big. With quirly, I can reduce one power strip and it’s much more easier to find room for it. I like the funny face and the blue color, simple design makes the product stylish. Nice, A- design.

- Flexible form that bends into circular, semi-circular, and zig-zag shapes.

- Six outlet pods, which can be adjusted so that large power bricks don’t hog space.

- Surge protection, with an easy off/reset button.

Pivot Power will come in both American (110v) and European (240v) versions.

in chat rooms smilie may look like the plug in recepticle o.o
for a marketing idea you should use an animated face based upon the face like charecteristics of a power strip plug hole..he can be saying “ON NO!” when he’s given too large an item, then he morphs into the Pivot Power design by the faces spreading out, and they they can all curve into a smile.
You’d get a lot of Mac people with that kind of user friendliness.
it would aid in product identification. the recepticle for the standard power strip is squre and does not resemble a face, looks more like a robot and less organic.
