40+ Great Looking International Beer Can and Bottles Designs

Did you know that beer is the widest alcoholic beverage being consumed around the world? And that the only beverages more popular is water and tea! Due to the popularity there are many brands to choose from each with different flavors and not least different designs.

Because of this high prevalence you often see international brands represented in your local store – side by side with your local brands. If you put on the design goggles it is quite interesting to study the container designs. As many brands are represented international the container design has to work in many different countries across cultures and preferences. Unless you are familiar with the flavor beforehand you need to “judge the beer by the cover” so to say. This places high demands on design, as you can not touch and taste the product but solely need to make a decision based on the visual expression.

Creating a design that is translatable international and still represents your brand is not an easy task. To get an idea of how others have done I have found a broad selection of beer can and bottle designs for your inspiration. I hope you can use this to create a great looking design yourself. Enjoy!
